We all worked hard this year, so our financial and support teams deserved a little festive rest.  Please, make sure you consider the working hours for Christmas and New Year when planning your trades. 

Financial Department 

December 24 – till 16:30*

December 25 – day off

December 26 – from 7:00

December 31 – till 15:00

January 1 – day off 

January 2 – from 11:00 

We’ll process your withdrawal requests the next day after the days off. 

Support Team 

December 24 - till 15:00

December 25 – day off

December 31 – till 15:00

January 1 – day off 

Please keep this schedule in mind if you plan any financial transactions or face issues during the festive season. But our advice is to give yourself a break. Spend some time with beloved people, enjoy a holiday, and restore strength to enter the market gloriously in 2020.
